The Penthouse Group will present new and exciting applicator technology, including various types of decorative effects. By applying a flocked fiber to the surface of an applicator, consumers have a specialized surface and pay-off to enhance product performance.  The supplier’s new technologies include unique coloring, surface patterning and advanced compatibility with today’s new makeup formulas.

Glitter decoration is now available within the supplier’s foamed sponge materials. This decoration allows a brand to differentiate their sponge from the competition by customizing a glitter to accentuate a color scheme. Marbleized sponges are also available—including marbleizing two custom colors within one cosmetics sponge or 3D blending sponge.

With Cushion Compacts still on-trend, The Penthouse Group developed a new line of “very affordable” cushion applicator puffs with an internal barrier that prevents the product from penetrating through the applicator.  Flocking is included on one side of this puff for “an extraordinary new product pay-off and application.”  The supplier says this is “the next generation applicator within this category.”
