The 29th edition of Luxe Pack Monaco will take place September 21-23, 2016—about a month earlier than in past years—at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco. More than 8,500 industry executives are expected to attend, with more than half of the visitors travelling internationally.
The show will feature more than 40 conferences, with 80 industry experts participating in presentations and roundtable discussions. Exhibiting companies will feature bottles, jars, tubes, closures, cartons, boxes, papers, bags, ribbons, pouches, samples, vials, pumps, decorations, finishing techniques, POS displays, and more.
More Than 450 Exhibitors
Show organizers have signed on more than 450 exhibitors this year, 94% of which are based in France or Europe. Exhibitors will include Albéa, Aptar Beauty + Home, Axilone, Baralan, Bormioli Luigi, Candiani, Cerve, Codiplas, Cosfibel, Cosmogen, Coverpla, Dapy, Dieter Bakic, DuPont, Geka, HCT Group, HLP Klearfold, Ileos, Klocke, Lablabo, Lumson, Neenah, Neopac, Piramal, Roberts Metal, Saverglass, Seidel, SGD, Techniplast, Texen, Toly, VPI, Zignago Vetro, and many more.
There are also 35 companies that will be exhibiting for the first time this year, including Carre D’Ebene, which makes fancy cigar boxes, and Sicofor, a sample packaging company. Several of the first-time exhibitors specialize in metal, and include Desjardin, JL Packaging Group and Metal Dynamics.
Not-To-Miss Highlights
Stop by the Innovation Wall at some point during the show, where new packaging solutions will be showcased. This exhibit was designed to celebrate the hundreds of new products that launch at the show each year.
Sustainability is always a hot topic—and this year’s Luxe Pack in Green Award nominees will present sustainable packaging solutions to a jury on Wednesday, September 21, at 5:15 pm. The winners will be announced at 6 pm.
