Lucia Perdomo-Ruehlemann has been promoted to chief marketing officer for LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton’s Fresh brand. She most recently served as senior vice president of global marketing, communications and digital for the lifestyle beauty brand. Prior to joining Fresh in 2008, Perdomo-Ruehlemann was at Estée Lauder for almost 10 years, working as vice president of global marketing for Jo Malone. She has also worked in fragrance at Elizabeth Arden, and in skin care marketing at Avon.
