According to Mintel’s Color Cosmetics US 2015 report, groomed brows have become a must-have among consumers. The international market researcher says at least 25% of American women use eyebrow pencils and one in five women wear eyebrow makeup on a regular basis (19%).
In line with this trend, Mintel says multi-outlet sales of eyeliner have grown by 5% since 2014 (and doubled since 2010), with long-lasting results and precise application driving strong segment gains.
