Supercuts, the salon franchise owned by Regis Corp., has announced it has reached a milestone on social media - more than 1 million guests throughout the United States and Canada have checked in online at the company's website and/or usig its mobile App. It hasn't been a full year yet since the "cehck-in" feature was enabled.
Using the Supercuts App, salon goers are able to shcedule a haircut appointment by selecting a location, choosing a stylist, service, and a same-day arrival time.
Heather Passe, chief marketing officer, Corporation, commented:
"At Supercuts, we are continually conducting research with our guests and as a result are able to evolve our offering to best meet their needs. Guests have told us that digital functionality needs to go beyond the basics to work for their busy lives. So, they quickly embraced our same-day check-in option as part of their on-the-go lifestyles."
What's the company's next goal? To reach 2 million check-ins by early 2016.
Supercuts' app is free and available for iOS 7 or later in the App Store; and for Android 2.3 and later on Google Play.
