StyleSeat, on online tool for beauty and wellness bookings that aims to fill the gap between salon pros and their customers, has named April Chang as its new vice president of engineering.
Chang will oversee the engineering team for the largest and fastest growing marketplace. She will construct the company's mobile and online vision to best serve the brand's customers and professionals, as well as collaborate across all divisions.

Chang brings over 20 years of development, platform and marketplace experience to her role at StyleSeat along with a proven track record of leading teams through periods of extraordinary growth. Before joining StyleSeat, Chang developed the marketplace behind EventBrite, the self-service ticketing platform, while spearheading the engineering team and transforming its products from desktop to mobile.
