The 'foodie' trend has definitely infiltrated the beauty world - and it's not just in the ingestible cosmeceutical category. Beauty Packaging's editor, Jamie Matusow, recently attended Cosmetic Executive Women's Product Demo, and says: "...attendees had to first remind themselves that they weren’t at a farmer’s market or an upscale grocery store."
At the event, Nails Inc. even featured a nail polish inspired by the trendiest superfood, kale. Other brands featured at the event included Jurlique, Surya Brasil, Soap & Water - all in the Eco Beauty category.
