The Paperboard Packaging Council (PPC) has inducted Kyle Eldred of Frankston Packaging Company, LP, as PPC’s 45th chair. The leadership exchange took place late in October at PPC’s fall meeting in Atlanta, GA, when former chairman of the board Stephen Scherger of Graphic Packaging International inducted Eldred.
Eldred purchased Frankston Packaging Co., LP in 2000 with Norm Bullock and since then, the firm has enjoyed 13 years of record sales revenue and EBITDA. He has been active with PPC for over a decade, elected to the Board of Directors in 2000 and to the Executive Committee in 2012.
“I am honored to represent the folding carton industry as Chairman of PPC,” said Eldred. “In starting where Steve Scherger left off, I plan to work with members and other industry leaders to refine our vision and strategic initiatives, thereby positioning PPC for optimal growth.”
