Mary Kay Inc., has announced the promotion of Crayton W. Webb to vice president of corporate communications and corporate social responsibility.
In this position, Webb will continue to oversee global media relations, reputation management and public relations initiatives for the company’s more than 35 international subsidiaries. Webb also leads Mary Kay’s corporate social responsibility efforts, Pink Changing Lives, which focuses on transforming, inspiring and empowering women around the globe through community involvement, philanthropy and volunteerism from Mary Kay employees and the more than 3 million Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultants around the world.
Webb is a proven business and community leader who joined the company in 2005 as manager of government relations before his promotion to director of corporate communications and corporate social responsibility in 2008.

Prior to joining Mary Kay, Webb was chief of staff for Dallas Mayor Laura Miller and director of communications for the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas. He also spent 10 years as a broadcast journalist covering politics for television stations in Oregon, Idaho and Texas, and as an investigative reporter for KTVT CBS 11 in Dallas.
